No one has slower shipping than AE, they must utilize the long outdated Pony Express. Accuracy and customer service? - These are foreign words to AE. Today I was actually told that my items which were ordered 9 days ago were shipped 4 days ago, only to receive an email 30 minutes later, confirming shipment as today! At the same time I ordered from a competitor of American Eagle's and received the order within 5 days. Last order I placed American Eagle essentially kept telling me it was being hung up at the local post office. Since I live a very small community I know the postal workers quite well, I took my confirms into them, and showed them, as well as shared with them what I was being told. Strictly not so, it's not like they were hiding my order in the back room, the order was being hung up by the carrier they were utilizing to deliver it to the post office. It's almost like they get a cut rate, so they skimp on service at the customer's expense! I have received incorrect items, I have received no satisfaction from calls, or e-mails. Someone at AE would be wise to overhaul this area of the business.
