America Rx was the only online dealer that had the product I wanted. I am pleased with them in that respect. Unfortunately, I did have to call customer service to clarify some of the product details which are not very specific on the website and the outsourced to I believe india customer service was extremely poor. The girl literally had no idea. It was the biggest waste of the little time I have. She was nice but not informed and so far removed from America Rx she could of been customer service for anyone, a bagel shop, disney land, anything. The amount of information she had and her knowledge would still be zero.

Hello, I received my products in god conditions. The expiration date is excellent!. The sole problem that I had was that you delay in send me the package because my billing address don´t match with shipping address. I didn´t undestand that reason because I buy in other sites such as amazon but they don´t put me obstacles. Any way, after this little obstacle I received my vitamins, I'm so happy and I will buy in your store. Thank you so much!!

The website technically does not work well, many broken links and errors. The item I purchased was supposed to be refrigerated but when I received it it was completely warm. The customer service rep did not speak english clearly.
