I was told the shipment would be UPS, but no tracking information was avaialbe; after several to the America Ex "customer service" was then told it would be ground U.S. mail. After 5 additional days, it arrive UPS. By the way, the individuals with whom I spoke were unresponsive and not english language gluent.
For sure --- Ameruca Rx will NOT see me again!

Large selection, reasonable shipping. Wasted time trying to to make guest account permanent and found out via chat that can not do because I paid with Paypal. Email account was recognized but unknown password required. As a result could not track order. This restriction is not well documented and is unreasonable!

I ordered a Rubiks Cube for Christmas, it took two weeks to receive it, and it was in pieces inside the packaging when I got it. They couldn't guarantee another one in time and offered me a refund. After two more weeks, I called and was told I had to submit pictures of the defective product. I did that and received NO confirmation that my email was received. I finally called again and was then issued a refund. I was given the run-around and wasted a lot of my time on the phone with them. (I am still waiting to see if my refund is given-- I was told it was done today, so we will see...)

Just to ship my order took 3 weeks and to get a reply from my inquiries would take 3 e-mails and a week. I never received the product I ordered and the customer service was so bad that I will never ever order again from this shop even if they offered 50% off their competitor's prices.

I will never shop with AmericaRx again. I have removed them from my favorites list. After over 10 phone calls and 10 emails I did get my order. It also took over 5 hours on the phone. Should have went to WalMart.

Vendor did not following instructions on Paypal remittance. They addressed the package incorrectly and hence it was never delivered to me. Vendor gave me faulty and incomplete tracking information. They have no signature for received, despite the fact that my secretary was present and available at the "supposed" delivery time. The delivery NEVER came to my address. No idea where it went, but not to me. Several phone calls to (India) customer service were rudely responded to. Several emails were ignored. Independent sources, including Amazon.com are now reporting spiking negative feedback, of which, I am happy to be included. Amazon.com has now removed them as a related vendor, and rightly so. This company gives online purchasing a bad name.

If this medication is effective as my doctor said it is (because both he and his girlfriend both take it and highly recommended it to me...I've been suffering with osteoarthritis in my knee for over ten years). So on my return trip to see my doctor, I told him about your web site and the price I paid for my medication...I gave him your web site, price and the details and he will be placing an order for both the capsules for him and the powder for his lady friend. Great sales person don't you think? I think I deserve some coupons for my next order don't you think? I'm a good one who tells everyone about a super item when it works. At the time of the Internet order AmeriRX had the product was in stock. After three days did not get a shipping confirmation. Call AmeriRX and the customer service rep said the product just came in. I said that it was in stock a the time of the order. She got very rude with me and I told to cancel the order. Five after that I received the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AMERIRX AGAIN!

I was offered to wait or cancel order. I replied to e-mail to cancel and issue refund back thru paypal. No refund after 11 days. Will have to go thru paypal and reverse charges if possible

When I emailed you about this error you said Johnson upgraded the lotion I originally wanted but your site was not updated and the item I really wanted was still on the site. I asked for a return authorization 1 week ago and still haven't heard from you. I am expected to pay for shipping & handling for something I did not order. I feel you should credit my Visa account and not have me pay for shipping my order back to you. I was going to have my Visa company assist me with this but it really doesn't pay for the amount I spent. I am very dissappointed with your service. I was so excited that I found the product name that I wanted and was so upset that you sent me the wrong item. I will never order from you again.

Contacted customer service by phone on December 4 because approximately 1/3 of the box of lollipops was broken. Was promised $1.50 credit to my charge account. Also contacted customer service by e mail on Dec. 4 and was promised $1.50 credit to my account. This has not happened yet. Wrote a product review on line on Dec. 4. The response from AmericaRx was an apology and a promise that a 2nd shipment was on its way to replace the damaged one. I have not received the replacement yet.

I attempted to call and e-mail to get them to stop, but got no response and was unable to get through by phone. I finally had to contact my internet provider to get the ongoing messages blocked.
