If this medication is effective as my doctor said it is (because both he and his girlfriend both take it and highly recommended it to me...I've been suffering with osteoarthritis in my knee for over ten years). So on my return trip to see my doctor, I told him about your web site and the price I paid for my medication...I gave him your web site, price and the details and he will be placing an order for both the capsules for him and the powder for his lady friend. Great sales person don't you think? I think I deserve some coupons for my next order don't you think? I'm a good one who tells everyone about a super item when it works. At the time of the Internet order AmeriRX had the product was in stock. After three days did not get a shipping confirmation. Call AmeriRX and the customer service rep said the product just came in. I said that it was in stock a the time of the order. She got very rude with me and I told to cancel the order. Five after that I received the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AMERIRX AGAIN!

I ordered this product at least 4 days longer then It was supposed to arrive when it did not arrive .by the way I'am still waiting for my order,then I called customer service guess what It was in India and besides not able to understand him he said my order was out of stock and my E mail order said It was In stock ready to ship.No after I recieve this order??????someday It will be the last time I shop at america RX.

order did not arrive, could not contact company by phone, sent e-mail, was answeredd 2 days later telling me product on backorder, shopping site said item was in stock ready to ship. I was offered to wait or cancel order. I replied to e-mail to cancel and issue refund back thru paypal. No refund after 11 days. Will have to go thru paypal and reverse charges if possible

The only problem I have with this shop is that they have a tracking number with your order but they don't always automaticaly send it to you and you may have to request it. Other than that they are pretty good with e-mailing your order status.

You sent me the wrong item. When I emailed you about this error you said Johnson upgraded the lotion I originally wanted but your site was not updated and the item I really wanted was still on the site. I asked for a return authorization 1 week ago and still haven't heard from you. I am expected to pay for shipping & handling for something I did not order. I feel you should credit my Visa account and not have me pay for shipping my order back to you. I was going to have my Visa company assist me with this but it really doesn't pay for the amount I spent. I am very dissappointed with your service. I was so excited that I found the product name that I wanted and was so upset that you sent me the wrong item. I will never order from you again.

Contacted customer service by phone on December 4 because approximately 1/3 of the box of lollipops was broken. Was promised $1.50 credit to my charge account. Also contacted customer service by e mail on Dec. 4 and was promised $1.50 credit to my account. This has not happened yet. Wrote a product review on line on Dec. 4. The response from AmericaRx was an apology and a promise that a 2nd shipment was on its way to replace the damaged one. I have not received the replacement yet.

Mexperience was good, but when the merchandise was sent I received appoximately 40 emails telling me it was on the way. I'm sure it was just a computer generated message but it was a bit unnerving.

I received a minimum of 150 order confirmations via e-mail from the merchant for the same item. It completely jammed up my email for several days. I attempted to call and e-mail to get them to stop, but got no response and was unable to get through by phone. I finally had to contact my internet provider to get the ongoing messages blocked. Very upsetting!

I'm waiting for the 2week duration of shipping time to pass it's been 10 days than I'll call on the missing package. I've ordered from AmericaRX before with no promblems I'm not worried about the delay it's Xmas season and it's delayed. My shopping experience was great and I'll be shopping there again next month.

Ist they charged my credit card before they products even left they place. Then after I kept checking their site, and seeing that they were "waiting for stock" I had to call THEM to see what was the delay. I asked them to exchange it for a similar product so that they could send it to me since they ALREADY charged me, and when the products arrived, they didnt send the OTHER product that was NOT the issue. I emailed to talk about THIS, and I got the acknowledgement response, but nothing to tell me if they would send me the missing product or refund my money. I will never use them again, or refer anyone to them.

Although I knew I was ordering a product that was discontinued, I didn't realize how long it's been discontinued. The boxes and products seemed OLD...I don't know how long the 'shelf-life' is of this product BUT I really questioned if it was way past due.

Horrible! It has been 10 days and my order still says "Ready to ship"! Then when I try to call the customer service number it says "This voice mailbox is full, goodbye."

What is that? It seems like very poor customer service to me. I will not be ordering from this site again.
