I am unable to find this product in my area. I searched the web to see if it was still being made and then checked the prices on several sellers and settled on AmericaRx because the overall price (including shipping) per unit was the least expensive. Thanks so much!

I emailed them about the way my ordered came. One of the cans had been dented and busted open on the bottom from the fall. Don't know whether it was done in warehouse or in coming through FedEx. Only about an eighth of can was gone. I put it in an empty can I had just finished of the product. Was not expecting anything but an answer back from sales and that it would be corrected. Overall very happy and will buy from them in future products needed.

I am not impressed with this website and probably would never order. I have sent 3 emails requesting information on a couple of their products. All have gone unanswered.

I have called all 3 phone numbers listed on the contact page. The phone rang until it timed out on all 3 numbers. I am not sure there is actually anyone at this site.

My thoughts are that this site simply exists to take your credit card without actually sending any of the products ordered.

Shopping experience was excellent. However, the package arrived sealed, but not well protected, as the tin was dented on one side, causing a small loss of product. But since this is just ointment, it is not worth the trouble to make a big fuss over it. Maybe pack it in something a little better than a plastic mailer bag next time.

The web shopping checkout was difficult. After trying several times, I ended up using the PayPal through my husband's name and account. Paying directly to Americarx didn't work after four trys, even with the help of the telephone consumer assistance. The person who we spoke with was hard to understand, foreign accent, and there seemed to be a lot of background noise, talking, etc.
