It took way too long to receive my products. My charge card was charged more than 1 week before the order was actually shipped. I received the order 13 days after it was orderd which I consider unacceptable. If an item was out of stock the remaining instock items should have been shipped instesd of keeping the entire order on hold.

Received my package ok, or so I thought. Package smelled good, so I opened it only to find out the items weren't packed properly and had been crushed, bashed, and were leaking. It was a total mess! Contacted AmericaRX through link received when they said my order had been shipped. No answer at all. Contacted AmericaRX through link on their website. Took 2-3 days before anyone responded. Never did receive an apology from AmericaRX for the bad shipping and it seemed like it was a major inconvenience to send me replacements for the majorly damaged items. All in all, I still would like to use their business again, as they have some things that other websites don't have. I'm just a little leery over their packaging and sending of merchandise. Word of advice, don't buy items that could leak with items that aren't liquid. I had to end up cleaning up 6 boxes of eye ointment that were covered in a combination of shampoo, deodorant (gel type), and body wash. It wasn't a pretty sight!

I ordered this product on March 18, 2006. I was informed I would receive the product in 4-7 business days. Today is March 27 and I just received an email informing me my order has received a tracking number, but not necessarily shipped. I can't understand why it took six business days to just let me know it had been issued a tracking number. Not satisfied with this provider. Thanks, Marvin

As far as I can determine, this is the only merchant selling Excedrin QuickTabs. But I still have not received an answer to my e-mail inquiry, and I was not able to reach the merchant by telephone (mailbox full, and no answer on repeated tries). I really like the QuickTabs product, so I would try this merchant again, but this experience was not satisfactory.
