I have received all my purchases that I have ordered, not all of the prouducts come on the same day, depending if you have them in stock, but I always receive the produts, within a day or two. I ordered some teas from them and when I got the shipment - I was shocked at the shipping costs. They were more than the teas!

And the worse thing was they said if I wanted to return the products - I had to return them in 7 days - But - It took More than 11 days for the shipment to get to my home.

I thought that the shipmnet price was ridiculous and theur service was terrible.

I will never order from them again.  They were deceptive in that their price for the teas was very low - but they get you on the shipping. And No return policy.

There was an email that my order was "about to be shipped". I expected another email that my order WAS shipped, but it never came. An email was sent to the merchant, who responded that the order had been shipped 2 days prior.

When I had a question regarding the vitamin supplement I asked to speak to a product specialist and the person said they did not have one and could not answer basic questions about the supplement. Also, when my package finally arrived, it was delivered to 4 Oak Drive and not 14 Oak Drive. The people at 4 Oak Drive were on vacation and didn't get the package to me until just recently.

I ordered similar products at Drugstore.com at the same time I ordered from this company and it took double the amount of time for the items to arrive. I just don't understand why it took so long. Perhaps the company was trying to save money on shipping, but they could have at least sent me an tracking shipment e-mail early on so I could get an idea when the item would arrive. But no, they never did that because they chose the least expensive shipping method that obviously wasn't the most reliable. So overall, bad communication, slow delivery and better options elsewhere online soI definitely will not purchase from this company again.

I emailed them about the way my ordered came. One of the cans had been dented and busted open on the bottom from the fall. Don't know whether it was done in warehouse or in coming through FedEx. Only about an eighth of can was gone. I put it in an empty can I had just finished of the product. Was not expecting anything but an answer back from sales and that it would be corrected. Overall very happy and will buy from them in future products needed.
