They have extremely slow shipping. The site does not allow you to track your shipment on-line, so I wrote to their customer service after 12 days and asked them to check and see where it was. They took two days to answer and told me to wait until it had been 7-10 days after they shipped before contacting them. Last I checked 12 days WAS after 7-10 days. DUH! I finally received it 16 days after it was shipped. I have never had anything take longer than ten days to my house, from anywhere, even overseas and it usually takes much less. But slow shipping was a minor problem, compared to the quality which was just AWFUL, in fact, the worst I have ever received. The material appeared nice, but was paper thin. (It was advertised as warm.) It was made of material with a one-way nap and was cut with the nap going the wrong way. The sleeves were about three inches too short and improperly inset, causing the garment (and the already too short sleeves) to rise when you bent your arms at the elbows. Raising them over your head or even to shoulder height made it impossible to move as the entire garment rose up and the sleeves got shorter and shorter locking your arms in place. It was impossible to even function normally in the garment for this reason. The zipper at the neckline was improperly finished causing it to stick straight up and poke you in the neck. It cost me over $6.00 to return a garment that was not wearable. Don't shop at this site, there are plenty of good merchants available on-line, who provide quality products. I only wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering, because I never would have ordered from them. Since returning the item, I have checked several review sites and found dozens of negative reviews. Lesson learned. I only hope this helps someone else think twice before ordering from them.
UPDATE: I emailed them again, explaining asking that they actually read it this time. I told them how poor the quality of the garment was and requested a refund of the return shipping, as it was not wearable and I felt that I should not have to pay for the return. Much to my surprise, I received a really nice note back, apologizing for the poor quality of the product and assuring me that my credit card would be credited for the amount of the return postage. I wrote back and thanked them and said I might give them another try in the future, due to the nice response. For me, customer service is very important. Fair is fair and if I am going to complain, I have to give credit when they try to fix it.
