Amazon is quickly becoming one of the leading providers of Internet shopping and also customer service.  I look to the Internet for most of my purchases and have consistently found best pricing and industry leading customer service at Amazon.  I have had very few issues with order accuracy and have been very impressed with their promptness and willingness to go out of their way to make things right in the eyes of the consumer.   No questions asked, just rapid solutions and great products.   The response time to both phone calls and emails is very quick.  Amazon's website offers extremely helpful customer reviews which also makes the shopping experience very smooth.  The website also offers suggestions on what you might want to consider buying. I'm assuming these recommendations are based off of info gathered from searches and purchases on the site, but regardless they are also very helpful. The website offers product bundling which helps you save money on what would normally be somewhat staggering shipping costs.  Once your order is placed, you immediately receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your buy.  Like clockwork, you receive updates as to when the product ships and when to expect it to arrive at your door.  The ability to purchase used products from other individuals also helps you save money which seems to be what these guys are all about... passing the savings on their patrons.  If you are looking for a no stop shop... meaning the luxury of not having to go to the store, and the benefits and speed of physical shopping, then Amazon is the right place for you.
