Amazon staff is the worst. Why can't such a big affluent coperation higher adequate staff.

The Amazon.com staff is incredibly understaffed and over burdened especially the seller performance department. This led to a disastrous ugly situation between me and an another Amazon third party seller called Sales Direct.
 (I had a seller account at the time) I don't understand why a multi-billion dollar conglomerate cant afford to higher a little bigger and more competent staff which should have nipped the situation in the bud. The situation started with me purchasing an item from an Amazon seller in completely useless condition. The seller refuse to issue the refund when I returned the album and made some absurd legal threats claiming I switched album covers and repeatedly called me a thief. I filed a community rules violation complaint upon which no action was taken for weeks I had to make repeated annoying inquires with the customer service to even find out is was being addressed and was told I would be informed by e-mail when action was taken. I never was and as far as I know no action was ever taken. This subsequently led to the seller purchasing two items form my storefront and then returning the package claiming it was damaged-damage he obviously inflicted himself. He then used the feedback options two leave two venomous negative feedback's over the condition of the items in the package that was never opened. for the next three days I sent e-mails to the sellers performance department and received no reply. I could not get

through buy telephone. This led to a major bust of manic-agitation( I am full blown clinical bi-polar person under care  of the county mental-health clinic for the last thirty years. Then ensued a vicious war of feedback abuse and fraud shipments which ultimately led  to the cancellation of both our accounts. At one point two e-mails I received from account services were received at 2;am PST indicted the accountant was working at 2:00 am( I believe Amazon is located on the west coast) And any rate I believe this entire ugly situation could have and should have been prevented by intervention at several points from a less undermanned and more competent staff
