I had the worst experace with amazon.com I orderd text book on jan.18 after paying for them i got a screen that told me that i wouldnt recive my books till the 25th og jan. - feb 9, thats a whole mouth away so i called amazon.com and asked if it would really yake that long they told me know that they would be there before then and that that was just the garented date so i wait,wait,and wait and still no books i called them they said they coouldnt help me till i tried to contact the seller so i did i didnt get any responce back so i called amazon.com again and rthey still could do nothing but this thim i got these lady that really didnt know what she was doing then got my info wrong with someone else and was trying to tell me that all i bought was a camcorder and she also gave me her address after arguing her down that, that was not me she finally got my  info and then there was nothing she could do so i hung up on her and then called back i stayed on the phone with another costmer service rep for an hour and there was still nothing she could do so to make an even longer story short dont buy your books from hear if you need cheap text books go to CHEGG.COM...... at least they will get you your book in time to use them in your actual class......smh @ amazon.com my advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
