Worst Customer Service Ever!

I contacted customer service after ordering an itouch on Black Friday. Amazon showed that they had the cheapest price, but when you clicked on it to order it the price went up. I tried over and over again to see if it was just a mistake, but the same thing kept happening. It was an obvious bait and switch because it stated the price I was trying to get was supposed to be for the entire day, not just for a few hours. The customer service rep I ended up with was completely inept. He could not understand the English translation of anything I was saying even after repeating myself 6-7 times. I kept telling him I had priinted a copy of the page that showed the price that it should have been and that it was even time stamped, but he was not interested in seeing that. He kept insinuating that I was just confused. It was completely ridiculous, and after putting me on hold 3 times he basically came back and said that nothing would be done about it. He started reading off some script about promo items and pricing, blah, blah, blah. He then proceeded to start telling me how to return the item instead of offering me a credit. This is when I hung up after being on the phone for over a half hour. I hung up completely stunned that this is how Amazon operates whenever there is an issue. I have ordered from them many times in the past, but this was my first experience with having to call with a problem. I will go out of my way to find the same product somewhere else before I will give them my business again.
