i ordered the toner on April 24th but they didn't ship it till the 29th. even though it was advertized as in stock, nor did anyone tell me that it wasn't in stock.

Advertised Order by COD and I did so but it turned out is was DOC (delivery on cash). When I called, they were closed for a week. When I called again I could not reach a real person. I canceled order, never got an acknowledgement of the cancelation.

Long story.... Placed order on a Wednesday evening for a pair of speakers. My credit card was charged on Thursday before the end of business hours. Website still stated order "in process" on the following Monday. I called to ask for tracking # on   Read full review...

I received a confirmation of order on same day I ordered online. It is 22 days later and I've heard nothing. Tracking at their website is limited and it says "in process". I just checked my credit card and they haven't charged it, yet..... so that is good. But they are too, too slow and no correspondence. I won't buy from them again.

Received our phone, charged it over night, but wouldn't turn on. Called cutomer service to get an exchange and Ester told me no problem. Gave me an RA # and said she will send me another one as soon as she receives my old phone. So I sent it bac yesterday. This has been my first experiance with this company and satified so far. Even though the phone didn't work. Shall see how it goes!

Alltimedeals.com had the best price for the phone that I decided on according to at least two of my comparison shopping websites, and even though I had to pay 8.99 for shipping, it was still cheaper than several sites that offered free shipping. This was a great deal, and while I would shop from them again, I feel that I could've received my order faster if they shipped it before the weekend. I ordered it on the night of the 20th (Thurdsay) and it arrived on the 31st (Monday). Shipping times vary, but for me to say that the experience was flawless, they would have shipped out on Friday no matter how late on Thursday I order, like Amazon.com usually does. Four out of five.

I returned the telephone because the color was not what I thought I ordered (the online listing was contradictory). The item number ended in B (indicating black, which I wanted), but the picture was silver. I returned the silver telephone. The clerk on the phone was not helpful. I expect a credit to my credit card.
