Terrible

 I would not shop here again

This company did not put the correct international postage on my order. Because of this, I had to pay UK customs $25 to have it released.

The company only replied to my e-mails once I had escalated this issue to a PayPal complaint. The company said they do not pay for customs charges.

The PayPal complaint has now been closed in their favour as PayPal only deals with complaints regarding product quality.

Because of this company's incompetence, I had to pay $25 for their mistake which they are not willing to correct. $25 is a lot of money to me and I cannot understand allmusicimport's apparent disdain for their customers when the company is clearly at fault.

I know allmusicimport have a lot of DVDs you can't get outside the US, but please please please avoid this company, they do not deserve your business.

Would possibly order again for harder to find things. Shipping was way too high. Prices were pretty standard. The records are all available for order through my local stores so I'll probably go with them in the future even tho it is a bit more of a hassle. The shipping was just way too high.

This is the worst site I ever brought from. I bought my item on 9/23. They charged my credit card the same day but they didn't ship it until the 30th. Of course that was until several attempts to contact them. They have a non working phone number so I sent them a email stating that I would take actions if my item wouldn't be ship my item, so they shipped it on the 30th. I received no apologies or anything just a message with my tracking number....!!!! This is the last time that i will buy from them.

I was very disappointed.  They say they usually ship in 1 business day and my item was in stock.  They charged my credit card immediately, and after a week, there was no update on in the online status, no shipment notification, and I sent several emails.  I tried calling multiple times and it appears the phone number is never answered and they don't return voicemails (I left 2 messages).  The phone seems very unprofessional too - just like it's someone's cell phone.  I asked to cancel the transaction and still received no response.  I am proceeding to dispute the charge with my credit card company.  Buyer beware.

Many Emails/phone calls, including PayPal resolution, Seller never provided any assurance as to when the item had been shipped, nor confirmation number which was on the package when it finally arrived. Seller shipped the item only after I made a PayPal resolution ticket "2 days later", but 13 days after payment. All I received was "Sorry about the delay", Yet I had to go through much typing and explaining to get them to respond and have them ship the item. Seller would have kept me as a return customer had they just owned up to the mistake (for the delay) and also provide the information I had originally asked for. I will forever be highly skeptical of online shopping from venues that do not have "Customer Satisfaction Ratings". Also makes one wonder if I hadn't gone through all this trouble, They would have easily hoped the customer would not want to go through all the trouble, and just kept my money and never sent what I paid for.

A single used DVD of this series with Edward Petherbridge as Lord Pter Wimsey was selling on Ebay in the UK for more than £80. I received a boxed set of the three in the series from this seller for roughly £30. I was delighted!
