I received a heater today that shipped from Today's Concept with contact information at Allergy Be Gone. It arrived damaged and obviously used (broken, dented, scratched, no original box) and covered in dust! The Fed Ex shipping box was unopened and in fine shape.
I ordered it 2 weeks before the event I will give it as a gift. It took so long for it to arrive that I must buy an actual new heater to give and not wait for a replacement from them, maybe new - maybe not. They are now charging a restocking fee & I must pay for return shipping! All this information delivered by a snide, disdainful customer service employee. I have been purchasing anything and everything online since the early '90s. This experience is without question the worst, most blatant ripoff I have encountered. |

The product ordered was on back order, but they had no problems taking the money out of my bank account the day I placed the order. I was not notified, I had to e-mail them two weeks later to find out what had happened to my order which I then cancelled. Let's just hope the money goes back into my account as promised.

Ordering experience was fine but product descriptions do not give adequate information about the product or any items included with the purchase. I called to ask if an accessory pack was included in the price and told yes. Asked how many pads came with steam mop told 2 then asked if extra pad/s included w/accessory pack told yes but only received the 2 I was told came w/the mop. Item was also over priced. Found the manufacturer sells for $79.99 and then found other sites selling for $89.99 w/accessory pack included. Alllergy Be Gone does not match price if item is on back order. If knew I could get same item for $20 to $30 dollars less I would have waited and not ordered from this company.

The Roomba I received had obviously been used and returned, and it had paint stuck on some of the bottom parts. The unit works, but the battery doesn't hold a charge long enough to complete a cycle in a room. I am experienced with Roombas and am disappointed in the performance of this one.

I'm unsure if I would shop at this merchant again. I had to wait over a week to receive the product I ordered when I paid for 2 day air. Also when I called to check on the status of my order the customer service rep was so very nasty with me. She was very vague and unwilling to help. I can get past the amount of time it took for me to receive my order but I cannot forget about the negative experience I had with the customer service rep.

This was a disappointing experience. I ordered some replacement humidifier filters and after many days waiting for shipment I contacted the store. They then informed me that the product was on backorder and would be at least another week before shipment. This should have been communicated to me immediately without me having to request more information. When my order was finally received more than three weeks after ordering I opened the box to find a generic replacement product and not the OEM product shown on their website.

I would would not order from them again. Customer service was terrible and the product while listed on the website as available, was actually on back order.
As mentioned, the product listed as available on the website was actually on back order, which I wasn't informed of - via email - until approx. 7 days after I placed and paid for my order. When I called to ask about availability, a very rude customer service rep provided little help. In fact, she told me I was wrong when I told her the website showed the product as available. I asked her to pull up the site and look for herself. She said when you order it says the product will be shipped in 5 days. I explained this isn't the same as a product being on back order, she didn't understand how the website is misleading, instead, she simply cancelled the order. I get the feeling Allergy Be Gone doesn't stock most items, which is a problem because you won't know if the product is available or not until a week after ordering - assuming normal shipping. I've bought other allergy related products through other online websites and had a much better experience. |

Terrible customer service. I purchased two HEPA vacuum cleaner filters. They charged my credit card immediately but didn't ship the product for 3 weeks. I called in three times. Every time, I would get the same story. Your product should ship by the end of the week. I didn't get a backorder notice until two weeks and two phone calls after I ordered. The customer service representative on the phone was unhelpful and apathetic. I'll never do business with this company again.

I ordered some supplements through Allergy Be Gone. I was promised they would be sent via UPS or Fedex ground and told they would arrive in 5 days. After not receiving anything for two weeks after purchase I called customer service and was told the products were actually shipped via USPS. They could provide no more info as you cannot track packages sent via USPS. I was lied to about the kind of shippping method that would be used and now they can offer not answer on where my merchandise is. I am contacting my credit card company to have them void this purchase.
This is a pretty bad company. AVOID. |

I've had a hoover floor mate on order from this company since April, no updates on status except forthe two times I emailed. I don't mind waiting for a product if it is what I want; however, I expect updates and follow up. I ordered an item from this business on April 13 and it was immediately posted onto my credit card. Approximately 10 days later with still no contact from the company reference my order or any correspondence, I called on the phone and was on hold for quite a while. A female advised me rather quickly that my order was to be shipped on Thursday and I would be sent a tracking number. I did not receive any notice from them and called back on Friday to be told the item was not in stock and would not be sent for at least another week (to their facility) and an additional 5-7 days before I would receive it. I cancelled the order and will be disputing the credit card charges if it is not removed promptly. I would not waste my time with this place...

I ordered a controller for my Roomba online with overnight shipping on a Wednesday. I had not receive the unit the following Moday and called their customer service. I was told the unit had been picked up by UPS - after contacting UPS they said there was no pickup. I called every day for a week - for the last few days, there has been no answer. I believe that this place has gone out of business. BEWARE - IF YOU ORDER, CALL THEM FIRST TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Very unsatisfing experience. The pillows that I ordered for the kids were huge! (they were standart size but they were SO thick, definitly not good for kids!) One pillow was in a plactic bag with no seal, the other one weren't even in the bag!
One of the zipper on the matress encasing didn't work. So, 3 out of 4 items that I ordered I cannot use. The customer service was simple - we don't accept bedding, bye-bye. |

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. This company charged my credit card immediately and sent me no information regarding my order. They did respond to my email to say that it would ship in a day or two. Today I finally got them on the phone after 25 minutes of being on hold and they said that the product was going to ship today. If it doesn't and if I don't receive the product this week, I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Although the products are good and reasonable, I would stay away from this company. No credit card should be charged until the product is shipping. I purchase online all the time and this is the first time I feel like I made a bad decision.

Although this store's prices are the lowest, their customer service is terrible. I ordered 2 air filters and needed them very quickly. After not receiving a tracking order for 2 days, I emailed customer service who told me the items were backordered and not expected to be in for 2 weeks. They rudely said I had gotten an email notifying me of this after I placed the order, which was not true. After the backorder date had passed, and I still had no update, I called customer service, and their primary number did not work, and their secondary number gave the name of a company that was not Allergy Be Gone (something to the effect of Today Concepts, Tomorrow Success). I finally reached them on the phone, and the items were not expected to be in stock for another 4 months! I'm waiting on a refund, but wouldn't be surprised if I have to make a follow up contact in regards to that as well.

Beware of this vendor. They will charge your card and then not ship anything. When you call they will make a string of excuses for not sending the product. I purchased a Hoover F5914 SteamVac from them which they said should ship in 5-6 days. After more than 3 weeks they have still sent nothing. In various calls to them they first said they had damaged inventory in the warehouse, then shipping problems, then backorders on the item, etc, etc. You get the picture. I finally cancelled my order and got it promptly from Amazon.
