Allergy Be Gone

They had no way to indicate the color of the item on the order form or website. They ignored my instructions and sent the product even though I had specified a certain color. When I rated the company poorly they sent me two emails to please call them. I did so but was left on hold while Allen was "in a meeting." I hung up and went to this survey.

This was just a straight forward tramsaction. They had the product I needed and I ordered it. I paid by CC and merchandise was recived in good order as advertised.

They took a long time to anser my emails and it's almost been a month since I ordered. They had to replace with another one because, unlike the website said (which clearly stated IN STOCK), they had no other models. I talked to them TODAY (many days later) and they said they are GOING TO ship it today. I have yet to receive a shipping tracking number - and it is 7:00. Very peeved at this store.

I had easy access to the site. Everything went smoothly. I don't know if there was a rebate. No way to find out. Received my vacuum cleaner in record time, packaged very well inside so that if it were dented or torn box on the outside (which it was) the product inside was safe. All in all it was a effortless experience and would certainly buy from them again. Rebate would have been nice, it was expensive. Janet

We are very pleased. The Bosch vaccume cleaner is incredible. We continue to be amazed at how well it works and how much undetected dust, etc., it pulls up. Our carpet, which is due to be removed and replaced with hard surface flooring, feels cleaner when we walk on it with no shoes or socks.

My experience with Allergy Be Gone was a positive experience in the beginning. I ordered a Pari nebulizer and it was shipped to me immediately. When we received the nebulizer it did not work. We shipped it back to Allergy Be Gone and the customer service we received from that point on was terrible. I was promised every day for 3 weeks that a new nebulizer would ship. In the third week I was told that the manufacturer had back ordered the item; however, Allergy Be Gone expected a shipment from the manufacturer that day and the item would be over-nighted to me. Needless to say, I did not receive the item the next day. I called the following day and they advised me that they didn't receive the shipment from the manufacturer. But, they expected the shipment that day and they would notify me. I heard nothing from them. Finally, I called them 3 three days later and canceled my order. I will never buy from them again.
