Ordered a humidifier listed as "in stock" on the web site. Was charged immediately but unit was not shipped. Customer service did not answer the phone, did not replay to voicemail or email. After two weeks of trying finally got through. Was told unit was not in stock and would not be for another week. Cancelled the order.

Vacuum bags are a great quality and price is outstanding. Shipping was expected "Fed-X", USMail was used,causing a delay-and a receiving patial with no packing slip stating a back order. Communication was needed to check on the back order, only to receive the back order 2 days later.
Price/quality will inssure my coming back because of my Obsession to Clean. A good thing.

Ordered a toy through Amazon.com which was fulfilled by Allergy Be Gone (ABG). The first issue was that ABG did ship the product by the shipping deadline causing the product to arrive 7 days later than the latest receive date. Since it was received 7 days late, it didn't make the trip that our family took in which we were to deliver the toy as a gift to family we were visiting.
We ended up sending the product back to ABG. While ABG received the returned product on 12/15, they didn't issue a credit until 12/27. To make matters even worse, they shorted me $3 on the credit. In regards to their customer service. It's hit or miss if you ever get to talk to them. I've never received an email response from any email that I've sent them and on 5 attempts to call them, I was able to talk to a live person twice. Given that there are so many other companies doing similar business, avoid any "low" price you might get from ABG and buy elsewhere. |

Buyer beware. Company policy to charge at the time order placed. I orderd back in October and never received the product. I followed up (in late December) and was told they no longer carry product. If I hadn't called, they would still have my money. Not a very good business practice.

The product has not been received yet so the question in regards to good condition there was not a n/a option. I was not able to track the order online even though the site say you can so I had to call customer service. The delivery date was scheduled for Friday 12/10 but my order did not even ship from Fed Ex until 12/10..so now Fed Ex is showing it won't arrive until Tues 12/13. I really needed that air purifier this week but due to the price as compared to even Target and Walmart it was a better deal than going to those stores and they did not quite have what websites recommended as recommended air purifiers and with this site I was able to bundle everything and got additional filters.

The dehumidifier was 16 days in coming. When it came it worked for 2 weeks then it started freezing up and not removing the moisture. I called the company for the nearest service agent which was 50 miles away from our home. We got it home and it still was not working. So back to the service agent. It is still there. None3 want to work on the appliance since we purchased it from the internet. The rebate was not honored since it the dehumidifier was to be picked up at a store. This has been a very unsatisfactory purchase. I have ordered other things from the merchant by no more appliances. i sent emails to you for directions and NEVER heard from you until this survey.

1. They do not send an email saying they shipped it.
2. They claim they ship within one day. When I checked the
status of my order it was blank. I called on the 12th
of September, 2 days after the order was placed to ask
why the status was blank and was told it was being
shipped that day. In fact it wasn't shipped until the
14th, 2 days later.
3. When I received it, it was apparent that Allergy Be Gone
didn't ship it. Plus there was NO INVOICE enclosed,
only a return shipping label TCTS whoever they are.
I like the product and the price, but I don't like their business practices.

Buyer beware! I ordered a portable air conditioner and received confirmation of my order. After 2-weeks, my unit had not arrived so I contacted Allergy Be Gone. They said that unit was discontinued and that it was never shipped. I was dumbfounded, and asked if anyone planned on telling me this. To make matters worse, they charged me for the unit, and I needed to deal with support to get my credit. Absolutely terrible

Not only were the prices the best to be found, the presentation of the product was superb. The merchant presented a highly informative and demonstrative video that SOLD this product! I was very impressed with the extra effort the merchant made to reach the customer, using media outlets to answer the questions I had and more.

Although the website showed a picture of a genuine Dirt Devil F2 filter in a package, the price should have been a clue that the company was not selling authentic merchandise. I received off-market unmarked filters which are not the same quality as the real thing. They may technically fit my Power Stick, but I do not think I will get the same filtration from these flimsy knock-offs. Buyer beware.

My package got to my home in 24 hours. I didn't even realize it was here. I didn't check my tracking until 2 days later when I found that it was delivered. I just wish they would have had to have me sign for it, they left it downstairs by the garage door (which no one lives in). But other than that it was a breeze dealing with Allergy Be Gone.

Was advised that a "glitch"(?) in their system made this error and that I was indeed only charged for one unit. My A/C was damaged in shipment and the standard stated store policy is to file a claim with the manufacturer. This was unacceptable to me, so I called the company and explained my predicament. The phone rep checked and agreed to exchange my unit for a new one. I appreciated this flexibility greatly.

Purchasing air conditioners from Allergy Be Gone was the worst online experience I have ever had. First, they accepted an order for an item that the didn't have in stock; second, they substituted a completely inadequate product without asking or informing. Then, they claimed that it was my responsibility to take the product to a shipping center to send it back to them (not a fun errand with a 100-lb air conditioner), even though it was clearly their error. When I called to complain and try and get them to pick up the unit, they repeatedly hung up the phone on me.
Also, when I tried to get a substitute by placing a second order, they promised me (repeatedly) that it would ship same day---it did not. As I said, worst experience ever. You're taking your chances with these people. |
