I'm afraid I'll have to agree with those folks who have had a very bad experience with Allergy Be Gone. I am too beat to go into every nuance of the situation, but suffice it to say they sent a defective vacuum and then tried every technicality and delaying tactic to avoid taking responsibility for it...they were quite content to let me eat the whole thing.
When I told them I planned to charge back my credit card and make it my hobby for the next few weeks to let every consumer list know what I thought of them, things started going my way immediately. I did get my original purchase price back, LESS the cost of shipping even though the item was defective. At that point, I really didn't want to waste more time pursuing it.
Should you find yourself stiffed by this outfit, I strongly suggest you take steps to contact your credit card dispute resolution folks, and then let Allergy Be Gone know you will shout to the rooftops what they are up to. Be convincing, these guys know how to stare down the amateurs. You've got to be ready to play hardball to play their game...
