I read the negative opinions about this company, but decided to purchase humidifer filters from them.  Their website states that it was the manufacturers brand that I was purchasing, but they also state that they can substitute with the exact product.  I spent extra money for faster delivery.  First, they billed me for the faster delivery, but send my purchase via ground courier.  Once received, it was not the exact product.  The box didn't reference the model number of my humidifier and the filter was made out of metal.  The problem is that the filter is partially submerged in water.  We called the customer service and spoke to their only customer service rep and was told that these were the correct filters.  We obviously refused knowing that water, metal, and electricity are typically not a good combination.  They will not return your phone calls so you have to constantly call them to get an answer.  When they finally agreed to reimburse us after several conversations, they did not reimburse us for the shipping even though they shipped the wrong product.  Please take the warnings of the several customers and purchase from a more reputable company as the bad reviews are accurate.
