HORRIBLE! ALLERGY BE GONE TOOK MY $$$ BUT NEVER SENT ME THE PRODUCT AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL!! It has been over a month since I placed my order. While my credit card was billed in full for the order, I never received the product. I've emailed several times over the past few weeks only to get slow and unhelpful responses. I still do not have my product (air filter) or a refund. Customer service said they would check their inventory and would get back to me that day or after the weekend, that was a week ago and I still have no response. Before that, I emailed them and asked if I could change my order to a model they had in stock. They emailed me back to tell me it would cost more money, and when I agreed to be change my order and to pay the difference, they never responded. I can only assume they never changed the order.

This site is horrible. I am an avid online shopper and I have never been billed for a product that is backordered nor ever received such apathetic customer service. And I have never ordered something that I never received!
