I first shopped through the Allergy Be Gone Online Store website... going through all the time and process of filling everything out.  Then, I found out the product was on "back order"... no sale but "stay tuned".  I called the number listed for sales to find out more about the back order, but the saleman wasn't sure when my product was coming in.  I am trying to find a specific Miele vacuum cleaner that has been discontinued by Miele, and I am not yet ready for them to sell me another vacuum cleaner in its place, especially without informing me.  I informed them that they were one of only a few sites carrying this particular product, and I asked for the phone salesman to please look into the product to tell me more about timing.  He then said, "Well, it acutally says here that the product was discontinued and is no longer available.  It says there is a Red vacuum cleaner that is listed in its place."  When I asked about the "Red" one, he said, "That one is discontinued, too."  I wish he'd just tell me that right away instead of having to make me ask all the questions and take the time.
