Misrepresented availability of stock. Immediately charged my card for out of stock item. SLOW CustomerService.

I ordered an item that appeared to be in stock on the website. I got an email FIVE BUSINESS DAYS later stating that the item was backordered and would not be available for three weeks.
I sent an email to customer service to find out if my credit card had been charges, or if it would be charged when the item was actually available. (The website asks for two days for responses to emails...) TWO WEEKS LATER (now 3 weeks from when I placed my original order) I get an email about how they are sorry for the backorder, they suddenly got busy (in this economy, yeah right!) and couldn't keep up, and that my card had already been charged.
This is not okay with me. I sent an email to cancel my order. I will contact my credit card company if need be. TERRIBLE that they represent items that they do not stock, and then use MY money to stock their store, while I am left to wait wait wait waaaaay to long for one simple item.
I will never do business with them again. I will gladly purchase the item at a local store for $15 MORE. I would NOT recommend this store for anyone else. Ever.
I will try ot follow up with the order cancellation details when this all plays out.
