I shop on-line fairly regularly, this is my first experience with AM and it has been the best on-line shopping experience ever. All - information, follow-up, the product - was in such order and in time.

One thing I really liked about Allmodern.com is that they provide close-up pictures of the product. They were very useful to take a close look at the detail while I was trying to make a final decision.

The item I tried to purchase was discontinued. I attempted to use some reward points I had earned with CSN stores and it took two email messages to customer service before my question was acknowledged and answered. I still need to see if my points were restored - I haven't checked yet.

Very pleasant. I have had good experiences at several of the CSN family of stores. The consistency of the web sites and the order/tracking process is great. The search capabilities of the web pages make finding the right item a snap. And the prices are always very competitive.

In the name of security, I had to contact customer service since my shipping address was not the same as my billling address. I am sure that I have placed hundreds of orders over the internet, most often with separate billing and shipping addresses and have not had to make a phone call before they would agree to ship. What was most annoying was that the email message that requested me to make the call did not contain my order number, but the first question the customer service rep asked was "what is your order number?"

Wheeled board had a flat tire. Bassinet has not yet shipped. This is just the reverse of when were told things would ship. This was a gift for our son and daughter-in-law. When my son called about it he was told the second item would not ship until Sep 16or 17. We were told it would ship the 12th. None of us are happy about our experience with these people.

It is wonderful to find such a good selection of Finnish glass. Ordering is easy and we received our package very promptly.

Only problem was that I chose this merchant based on price AND availability. I purchased with the expectation of a week lead time for delivery. They emailed 2 days later saying 'we just ran out of stock' and said it would be 47 days lead time for delivery. My boyfriend purchased the same product on the same day, with the same result. Next time I would like to know the REAL lead time before purchasing.

The item I ordered was not in stock, but All Modern sent me an e-mail right away to let me know this, and gave me the option of canceling the order or waiting for my item to arrive, which it did within the timeframe estimated. I was very pleased with the order process, the communication, and the quick delivery once my item was back in stock.

I was very pleased that shipping was earlier than estimated. I was able to upgrade shipping at last minute without any problem. Person on phone who toke my request to upgrade shipping was very helpful. The shipping company notified me ahead of time when they were coming and were quite professional. The tables were a good price compared to getting them at a local store. Overall I was very happy with allmodern.com and will use again.
