The bag I received came and I was totally happy with the quality. The only problem I had was with the website and tracking the order. I went on and could not find my order so I could track it. I did email them and they responded back that same day but also I received it before they contacted me that same day. Just could not track it like the site said I could.

Here is my problem. I ordered the color based on the color shown on the website. When I received it, the cherry color was much more red than shown on the website. When I called customer service, I was told you all would not deduct the shipping when the item was returned but I would have to pay for the shipping to return the item. The shipping was going to cost $50. No thank you. I'll just sell the table on Craig's list and order a new one from another company.

The description of the product was very accurate and the quality was first rate. I was more than pleased! I was equally surprised with the speed with which my order was processed and shipped. I received it 5 days after placing the order.

As an enhancement to their ordering process: would like the ability to enclose a gift card with the order if it is sent to someone other than the buyer. Currently there is only an e-mail notification available - an enclosed card would be preferable.

I ordered this table and chair set for my grandson...It was on backorder. They emailed my daughter-in-law and let her know that it was on backorder and when they should expect it. Then they let her know when it was being shipped so that she knew when she could expect it. We were completely satisfied with our shopping experience.

The rocker I purchased was made by childcraft. The rocker needed assembly. The finish was excellent and it was very sturdy. I would consider looking at other products manufactured by this company. My little grand-daughter was delighted with the chair and so were we.

All went well except the confusion of what email to use for the sender and the recipient. The first one I ordered, the email with the cost went to the recipient not the sender. On my second order, I chose to use the same email address for both to avoid the cost one to go to the recipient.

When we received the items...we were not given any hardware for assembling the table and chairs, and the cabinet door and leg was scraped and damaged. I called the same day I received the merchandise and they sent out the hardware and new door and leg, but then I was short 4 screws to complete the 2nd chair assembly. Very annoying. I would not buy from this merchant again.

UPS was the only problem I had. The tracking system is not easy to follow. The price was the best on of all the web site I had search. Thanks I will definity recommend your site for pricing. Shooping was easy and had follow up email to confirm purchase and email to confirm shipping(USPS much easier with tracking of course my opinion. Thanks for a great new bed for my 3 year old!
