As stated, merchandise was ordered on November 7. Product description clearly stated that the product was custom made and usual production/shipping time was 3 to 5 weeks. They are still within this time frame, so I haven't received the bar stools nor did I expect to receive them so soon. I can't rate a product I don't have.

Two weeks after placing an order I received an e-mail stating the product I ordered was discontinued and therefore unavailable. No replacement items were suggested. Whay would it take so long to inform me product was not available?

All Barstools offered an extra 15% off orders over $350 and that made the deal sweeter than other cites who had the very same bar stools offered at the same price. The extra discount made it a no-brainer to buy from them and before the discount deadline.

The service I received was excellent however the product was not up to par. The foot rest on the stools is to far from the seat it feels awkward. I can not return due to I bought them through the outlet.

Ordered 2 sets of barstools on 8/18 which both said they had 30+ in stock. 3-4 days later I get an email that one of the sets is backordered until 11/2. I get another email that night saying that same set is backordered until 11/25. I call and say I want to cancel my order since I wanted them together and didn't want to wait 3 months. Afterward I get an email saying I couldn't cancel it since the other set was already shipped. Oh well, it was a good deal I thought, I'll just wait. 2 days later I still don't have a tracking number, so I call them and after a while find out it hasn't been shipped yet! I decide to keep the order since they said it should be shipped earlier next week. Next day I get an email that those chairs are backordered! Waiting to talk to a manager, maybe they'll do something to correct the situation, but I definitely don't want to go through all that hassle again!

I was given an expected delivery date and I still haven't received my order and wasn't notified of the delay. I had to track the shipment and even that information was wrong. I finally called and still didn't get an expected ship date.

Everything but the product delivery FEDEX was acceptable. Product arrived damaged. Waiting for replacement parts. FEDEX should be ashamed to have thought someone should or would accept the product. Not home at time of delivery.

So far so good. There have been a couple of shipping glitches, but the stools are reported to be in transit via UPS and are slated for delivery tomorrow. Not sure about that as they sat 36 hours in Dallas. Suspect that they'll be here after the holidays. That's OK as long as they get here in good shape.

The set was a Christmas gift for my daughter. One of the barstools arrived with a small tear in the vinyl, but my daughter decided not to pursue returning it. Possibly, the vendor would have been good about replacing it. However, the merchandise should have been inspected better before shipping.

I ordered and received two stools. Unfortunately they arrived with two very different finishes, one gold/green and one bronze. These stools do not come with a choice of finish. Since I ordered returned items at a discount they have said it was part of the risk I assumed for ordering from their return department. I accept the wear on the one stool as a risk I assumed but they were advertised as gold/green not bronze. If they were both the same finish I would not have a problem but they are very different -- they do not match!!!! I was shopping another CSN site for a buffet/hutch but will no longer consider any of there sites. I will not shop here again.

My Experience was great. I found exactly what I was looking for and I got free freight and they came very quickly. I will say that I was missing a set of Screw/Nut and Washer and had to take one set to a local hardware store to be able to securely put the bar stools together. It cost me @ $1.00 but it was the aggrvation of having to do it!
