Worst service-DO NOT USE THEM!  They are unreliable.  I called to order the only thing my four year old wanted from Santa. I then waited 6-10 business days and it didnt come, so I clalled to check.  They told me it was not in their warehouse!  I received no phone call, e-mail--NOTHING!  I had to rush and use another service- which was wonderful and it turned out because of the other service--(forgot them they are based in new Jersey?) It could have been ruined- and the thing is when I first ordered it they heard my son ask if it was Santa or the elves on the phone and they knew he was excited and anticipating this gift!!!!

I ordered 2 Razor Dirt Bikes from all aboard toys after seeing they showed them in stock, while others were running out.  I actually telephoned them and stressed that I wanted to be 110% sure that they had the item in stock as it is the only thing my boys wanted.  The representative put me on hold, came back and said she checked and they had 48 allocated to them.  I literally made her triple check to avoid a problem.  After 6 days and no shipment, I called to be told they were unsure as to the status, and that a supervisor would call me back on 12/11.  I gave them my home and cell #.  No call at all.  I called back today 12/12, and after being hung up on once during a transfer, I finally got on with a supervisor who insisted that they had both e-mailed and called my cell.  Bottom line, no dirt bikes, ruined Christmas.  Never, Ever Ever do business with these people.

I ordered about 6 items. All said in stock. Received my order to find one item backordered. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO BACKORDERS OR GIVE YOU A CREDIT AUTOMATICALLY FOR THE BACKORDERED ITEM WHEN THEY DON'T SHIP IT. It is now 2 months later and I finally got my credit for the item but they neglected to give me back the sales tax as I live in Colorado. 5 phone calls later and threatening to contact VISA, they called to ask me for my credit card number as they said it has been too long to issue a credit. THESE PEOPLE HAVE THEIR HEADS SO FAR UP THEIR BUTTS IT IS NOT EVEN FUNNY. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.

I have never been happier with an online store! I ordered a dozen trains and some clothes on a Wednesday night and had them on my doorstep Friday afternoon. My order even qualified for free shipping! The order was complete, nothing back ordered and I received exactly what I ordered. The selection was GREAT and I even found 3 trains that other stores had on back order or didn't carry at all. I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered two toys and received an email stating that they both shipped. Then when the box arrived only days before I needed it, the package only had one toy in it. When I called they did not care about my problem and said that there was nothing they could do that they were out of the toy. But they charged my card already for both toys. I said the least they could have done was update me and told me it had not shipped and not made me think it was coming the whole time and then just not arrive. They gave me some story about how they were a small company and the warehouse couldn’t tell customer service. They basically could have cared less about my problem. I would NEVER use them. They are unreliable and worse yet they don’t care if they are or not. I sent an email to them after my phone call and have never had a response back from them.

It took two follow-up phone calls to customer service and three shipments (not to mention almost 4 weeks) to receive all my merchandise (my first order, "checked for accuracy" was short 2 outfits). Professional and courteous follow-up letters to the CEO and customer service have gone unanswered for more than 2 months. When I telephoned customer service to request removal from their contact list and told the representative how dissatisfied I was, she did not even ask why. AllAboardToys obviously does NOT care about my experience. Apparently, there is a problem with their system in the warehouse that led to the incorrect shipments, but one would think the CEO or customer service would want to correct the problem as it costs them a lot of money and leads to customer dissatisfaction; unfortunately, however, that is not the case.

I can't even begin to say how impressed I am with this company.
I had ordered an item from target.com and after 2 weeks they had no idea why it had not been shipped. I cancelled the order (at least attempted to) and ordered the same item from All Aboard Toys.
It was a Friday morning and they promised that they would ship it that day. I was skeptical but ordered it anyways. They were true to their word. It shipped Friday evening and the package arrived on Monday after lunch. And they were about 10% cheaper than target.com.

It was a pleasure doing business with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

AllAboardToys.com has great selections for many character toys and items. They carry many Thomas the Tank Engine items along with complete selections of the Thomas Wooden Railway System and the Thomas Take-Along system. What they state as "In-Stock" is always true, I have never ordered something and have them later say it's no longer available. Their shipping is extremely fast and very reasonable for those that don't make the $69 Free Shipping offer. They offer a Frequent Buyer Program which allows you to earn points/dollars each time you make a purchase to apply to future orders. This company is VERY reliable and I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them.
