Products and services, other than customer service, are okay, but GOD FORBID you have any trouble with your order... I wrote to their customer service department at least THREE times and just received the SAME form letter each time that did NOT address my specific problem in any way. USELESS!!!

I've been buying here for years. Customer service is excellent. Products always ship fast after ordering and I receive them on time. They send me reminders so I don't forget to order. I just fill in the quantity I want and that's it. All my info is kept on file.

Terrible service!  Three different customer service agents told me three different things about the status of my order delay and how it would ship.  Finally someone who "seemed" to know what they were talking about guaranteed a ship date and that it would ship from their NC warehouse so that I would receive it before leaving on vacation.  The next day I receive a confirmation showing that it shipped from CA (I live on the east coast) and would not arrive before my vacation.  AllStarHealth's response was sorry, we can't control where things ship from.  They also wanted to charge me to change the delivery address to my office so that they package wouldn't sit on my stoop while I was on vacation.  Their final word was to refer me to the terms on their website, which can be translated as they are not responsible for anything.  Never again!

I ordered a 2lb container of protein from AllStarHealth.com, and while sifting around the container for the scoop I came across a dead bug in the protein powder. Nasty. So i called the company to return the product and say that I still wanted to try the product but I wanted a free container. After what i just received i thought that was fair. But they told me no, so I will never do business with them again. So if you dont want bugs in your protein, you should go to a different website instead.
