Their shipping is phenominal. I generally recieve my order in the time that it takes others to get my order ready to ship. And their pricing is right on. No need to go elsewhere. I'll be using them for a long time. I have never had to use the Customer Service department, so I really can't tell you how they handle problems because they do it right and fast the first on only time.

Product was delivred on time. One of the lids to the poduct was skewed and took some muscle to get off, but the quality of the product was not affected.

First time order from Allstarhealth.com and I couldn't be happier!  Purchased a 10lb bag of NOW Whey Isolate, they had one of the best prices I could find.  I placed my order and got a confirmation right away.  It shipped the next morning and I received an email right then with the UPS tracking number.  Product arrived 3 days later.  Smooth as could be.  $5.95 flat s/h is a good deal too especially when I'm buying 10lb bags of protein!  Trustworthy seller!

They shipped me this vitamin liquid that is about to expire.  The packaging was poor as well. The item spilled inside the box so it was not sealed.  We called them and they said they do not accept returns for the Super nu-Thera.  I will not buy from them again.

My experience with AllStarHealth has always been exceptional. There service is fast. This last order one of the containers was caked so I contacted them and they sent a replacement immediately. Their prices are exceptional and the product is a quality product.

A terrible experience for Canadian Shoppers!! This is a business that won't invest in "Verified by Visa"  and so asks for copies of more personal documentation that the US Border service requires (which is a lot!), which still won't confirm what they say they want to confirm.   Their prices may be good, but if you aren't a US resident, watch out!!  If you are concerned about ensuring your information is managed well, you may want to steer clear of this seller! (I could not get them to tell me how they safeguard the additional information they ask for, which includes passport, driver info, and photocopies of both sides of the credit card - - prime time info for identity theft).
