Great sales and promotions. Selection is broad and they deliver on time. Frame quality is exactly as stated, "one star" frame is adequate but next order I would purchase a higher quality frame (like those found in frame shops)

It would be good if you could shop by size. I needed a certain size for a frame that I had (I was replacing a faded poster). I had to search MANY just looking at the sizes offered. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to shop at this website.

They have a great selection and quick service. I'm very happy with everything. If I had to find something negitive to say, the only thing I didn't like about the service would be the cost of shipping. They charge shipping and handeling per each item, this adds up when ordering 10 or 12 items. All my photoghaphs shipped in one envelope for about a doller. Sometimes the price of shipping doesn't seem fair, But all costs are clear upfront. You know your going to be over-charged for shipping befor ordering. I will use them in the future. They have a good product.

I received the product, but the picture frame was damage o the lower corner. I do not know if the delivery service damaged it or when you framed the picture. FYI, I want to return the product, but I have to pay for the shipping fee so I decided to kept the picture as is.
