Good experience. They kept me informed via e-mail about my order every step of the way. I appreciated this. They allowed me to send payment via the U.S. Postal Service: I appreciated this. The posters were of high quality and arrived in excellent condition. Yes, I would use this company again. Our College Library personnel, however, were disappointed that AllPosters.com will not accept a purchase order from a college or university. Other poster stores that we checked with did accept purchase orders. In the end, because of selection and quality, we chose to order from AllPosters.com. Further note: We ordered one laminated poster and really liked its quality.

The shipping was hard to track, and I don't prefer to use DHL. The shirt was decent, but the website did not feature an actual photo of the shirt, it only had an illustration.

i have purchased posters from allposters in the past and have been lucky enough to find frames to fit them without having to have them custom made..this is great and i can get great frames inexpensively..what am i trying to say?..i love your posters and it's nice when i can get one i can frame myself, but it's nice to know i can have you frame one when i need to..i'm very happy shopping here

I had to contact allposters when my sign didn't show up. The responce I recieved was professional and prompt. They may need to take a look at their shipment tracking system as it doesn't appear to be working too well.

This has taken too long. My e-mails are ignored. I mailed a check on 7/2 and should have cleared by now. I want a response. If my check hasn't been received I want to know. I have 4 items on this order.

My shopping experience was very good. I wish, however, that more of a variety of saints was available as there were quite a few I was not able to find. Pricing is excellent and shipping time was wonderful. One batch that was packed flat arrived with a wrinkle but otherwise was fine. I preferred the tube packing as those posters arrived in perfect condition.

We recieved the poster and it was very well packaged; no damage occurred in shipping. However, there is a curved depression in the poster about 1/2 inch wide in the top right hand corner. It looks as if a strap of some kind was caught between the poster and the mounting equipment and it left a depression in the surface of the poster. It seemed like too much of a hassle to repackage the poster and send it back although the quality is not up to our expectations. I am not sure if I will order again from the company because of the quality control.

most purchases occurred without a hitch. Product ships on time and AllPosters does a good job of keeping you informed of the the status of the order. Returns process is fairly easy. However, I did a receive a broken picture. I felt the company should have paid for freight (both ways) when it was their fault for not packing the item properly. Nevertheless, I would recommend this site to other purchasers.
