These people are extremely professional. Their product is the highest quality. My home is decorated with many items from All Posters and I am abslutely delighted. They are always on-time and the items arrive in beautifull condition. My only complaint is that I can spend literally hours browsing thru their website - their selection is THAT good! I would and have recommended this merchant to my friends and family.

My poster came with three bent lines across it, but I thought that since I was going to have it texturized that they probably wouldn't show. WROOOOONG! Should have sent it back, but I just got through dealing with their Sister Site Art.com and was extremely digusted with them because I ordered a poster from them, paid extra for two day delivery and did not receive it. I called and canceled my order and the Tech canceled it, BUT did NOT refund my money.I ended up having to go through PayPal to FINALLY get it done AFTER a REALLY "heated" argument with a Supervisor who I had faxed the order forms to with all the info on them from THEIR site AND PayPal's Site. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS with them again!

Out of the 6 posters that I've purchased only 2 was not damaged at all. 3 poster had some damage at the ends (might be due to shipping). 1 poster was never sent. Then it the wrong one was send. Resolution still pending!

We purchased a poster on July 15th it did not ship till July 22 and we received it on August 3rd. This was order on line and it is unacceptable that it should take this long to receive a purchase.

I ordered my poster on Saturday afternoon for a Tuesday (birthday)delivery. I paid via PayPal at the time of ordering and I did not recieve the package until FRIDAY. Again, I paid for overnight shipping on a Saturday and didn't get the item until FRIDAY. I will never recommend this website to anyone I know.

I felt the site was easily navigated and well laid out I was able to find all the items right from the home page. The checkout was fast and offered the right choices when it comes to making it a quick experience which is what I enjoy about a web sites checkout, also they offered many ways to pay I.E netteller,paypal as well as credit cards and other convenient tools for the consumer! I feel it is to my best interest to include the fact that there site was much better than e-opinions site with there bogus terms and conditions where you sign away your rights and freedoms of speech.

Very large selection but wish you could just but the prints matted without frames. Contacted customer service and they said it wasn't possible. Frequently, people have nice expensive frames and just want to change the prints and mats around without getting a whole new frame.

Love the products that I received. They are fantastic in my new bathroom. I was a little disappointed about the matting job on 2 of the posters I purchased. They were supposed to be asymetrical but came centered. Am still using them because I didn't want to hassle with returns and waiting for them again.

Posters arrived in good condition and are exactly what I expected. My only complaint is a shipper complaint. The shipping service they used dropped the shipment at my apartment office without leaving me a note at my apartment, so I didn't know where it was, had to call and trace it.

The product initially was received on time, but was damaged. It was reshipped 2-day, but did not arrive on time and I could not get tracking information on it. I still do not have the product and it is a gift.

I placed my order over a month ago. I recieved one of the items and it looks awsome. However I haven't recieved the other one yet. I've been contacting all posters, but no one can tell me when my order is going to be ready. So basicly they took my money and I only recieved half of my product. easy to buy user friendly site plenty to choose from with several options for each product...framed, unframed, matted, etc The only problem I had was with our postal carrier..he left it out it in the rain. Luckily it was packed in a heavy cardboard tube, so one end just barely got wet.
