I do not recommend this company for customers who want to purchase more expensive items. I ordered a 6x4 feet poster worth $131.51 (i.e. wall mural), but my product arrived damaged on the inside! It was not rolled up properly, and it was folded and creased up. They did give me a free replacement, but who would want to go through the initial disappointment? AND, my second order was delivered with the package opened, with a portion of the mural sticking out! Even the UPS delivery guy was confused and asked us if we wanted it. Yes, there was a nasty crease on it, but since it was much better than the first one, I decided I wouldn't complain to them again. But, I would really like to warn other potential customers about buying posters online.
Some other things I noted is that they are a bit deceitful. They always give discounts, but they make it seem like it is a limited time offer. Don't be fooled when they give you coupons and such for your next purchase...they almost always have 20% off their purchases at least every other day (on some days they do 15% off). They also raise their prices from time to time. They added $5 to my total order on the "tracking order page" even though the confirmation they e-mailed me (i.e. my receipt) was at a lower price. Also, they belong to the exact same company as www.art.com, yet the prices for the posters on art.com are more expensive. I know they are the same company because the shipping receipt has an art.com stamp on it, plus their websites look almost identical.
Some positive things to note...the delivery is speedy, since their company is not far from my home location. Their order is accurate, and the customer service is not bad. However, it's all about your luck. If you are lucky, you will get a careful staff member who rolls up your poster nicely and seals your package! If you are unlucky, you will get a person who couldn't care less, and forcefully stuffs your order into a box. There's no guarantee that every staff member in the company will give you the same service.
Bottom line is that your best bet is to find a local store to buy your posters. If you do want to order online, you have to be prepared for the worst cases like your order arriving damaged or not arriving on time, etc.
