Stay Away - Not What They Used to Be

We purchased form allposters.com once before and had an excellent experience. This time it was absolutely horrendous. We ordered a framed poster with non-glare glass (same as our previous poster). It arrived promptly, but the glass was NOT non-glare. I called and got a UPS return label. I was told that because it was an expensive order, they need to get it back before sending another, and that once they received the poster, they would create a new one and ship it out. I tracked the UPS order, so I knew when they received it. Two day after they received it, I had not seen any further action on my order their web site, so I called. The rep told me that I should have called when I shipped it to let them know it was on the way, and they would have started to build it. I told her that this was not what I was told previously. She apologized, said it must have been a new person. She will get the new order going. I monitored its progress on their web site. The day the web site indicated it was finished, I called to ask when it would be shipped. I was told either that day or the next day. I called each day for the next 4 days and was told the same thing each day. Anyway, it finally shipped (overnight, as a free upgrade, but big whoop at this point). So, it arrives today, and guess what- not only does it STILL NOT HAVE non-glare glass, they actually put a sticker on the glass stating it was non-glare glass! They must think I'm either blind or stupid. So, I called and was very polite and reasonable on the phone. I didn't even get an apology. "Would you like us to re-ship one?" was what I got. Well, fool me once, fool me twice- but they're not going to fool me three times. This one is going back, and I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I would rather pay more at a local store than deal with their incompetence and lying again. Too bad- they took a perfectly happy, satisfied customer (who, BTW, was about to make yet another expensive purchase) and turned him into an angry ex-customer who felt compelled to write this lengthy review here.
