the delivery was very quick, 8 days. however, almost all the pieces of furniture came with a little scratch, and one piece even came completely cracked (but to avoid returning the whole thing we just crazy glued it).
i mean the scratches weren;t that bad, and they're not really obvious unless you really look at them, but they are there.

Overall service was good. Only thing was that they couldn't track the order themselves, but they did let me know via e-mail when the order was shipped out and when to expect it, and gave me the tracking number for Fed-Ex.

I could not have been more pleased with my order. I placed it on a Saturday or Sunday and it arrived Wednesday. Yep, 3 days! And it was complete. My email to their customer service was answered promptly when I had a follow-up question. I would definitely order from them again.

It has been over a month and I have yet to receive the
stroller I've ordered and PAID FOR! After 14 days, I called the 800 number, left a message to inquire about the order only to have the message ignored and go unanswered. It was only after sending two e-mails that I got a response telling me that the order was " lost in the mail ". I was told the order should be delivered within the next week, which did not happen-I'm still waiting. I have shopped on line, catalog shopped, and used the home shopping network QVC and have NEVER had such POOR service as I've had with AllKidsStuff.com Do yourself a favor and just order from another source. |

Fabulous customer service! All Kids Stuff was proactive in calling me to ask if I would like my stroller in another color because it was immediately available, rather than waiting for the color I originally ordered. The equipment came much earlier than I expected. The prices were also the best! Highly recommended this vendor!!!

Disappointing experience

I ordered a $400 crib after shopping around on-line for 2 months. I was so excited to see the free shipping, not to mention the cheapest price I could find on the crib I wanted!!
Much to my dismay, the first crib took 15 days to come- not 7- and when we opened it, the main end piece was split almost all the way across, chips in the wood, and mismatched stain. We called the company, and they told us they usually only ship replacement parts, but they sent us a new crib instead. The second crib also took 14 days, and when we opened it, it was also split, spots filled with wood putty, and more chips in the wood!! After contacting the company, they told us they would just return our money because they could not guarantee that another crib would not come damaged as well. I was highly disappointed with the whole experience, only to not have a crib in the end!!! |

After a quick glance at some reviews on this site, I placed my order for a Storkcraft changing table/dresser combo. I was taking a chance by ordering from a site that I had never heard of before, but avoiding tax and FREE shipping on purchases over $100 was worth a little risk.
I ordered the dresser on a Monday. Checkout was smooth and uneventful. Delivery was promised in 10-12 days. On Thursday of that week, my husband and I arrived home and were greeted by a large box containing our new dresser! I was amazed that free shipping could be that fast. |

I was very unhappy with the product I recieved. The whole process was bad. I ordered the product and when assembling I realized the peices did not match. They sent the new piece, but it again was the wrong piece, so I called back and I finally recieved the correct piece, then relized that none of the holes were pre drilled to screw in nails. An assembly that should have taken an hour at the most took me three hours.

Customer Service is excellent! Very helpful! The price for the umbrella stroller is very competitive and you can't beat their shipping cost at all! A tracking number was provided to me on the same day as I placed the order. Now I just have to sit back and wait for my delivery.
