Didn't inform me of status of order by email. Didn't inform me that they didn't know if it was in stock or not by email - thats why they said it was late. When it arrived (took Fed Ex 3 times to deliver) there was no statement or invoice included in package.

A phone call to the company to make my purchase met with a recording asking for name and phone number. I left the pertinent info and rec'd a response..several hours later. I went ahead with my purchase because the price was good and the offer from the merchant of an additional add on to the stroller/car seat was free of charge. Order was promised in a week and it arrived on time. Overall, the experience was fine though the recording on the order line and several hour wait for a return call is a recipe for missed orders. Most people aren't as patient as me especially given the large number of other merchant vying for business. I suspect this is a one person operation and I have no problem with that. However, that person might want to invest in another person or two to handle order flow from the telephone. Regardless, I heartily recommend this merchant. Product arrived on time, in excellent condition.

Never received email confirming order. Never received email confirmaing item was sent. Hours of operation are unacceptable to an internet site. Most people do thier shopping via the internet in the evening, there was no customer service avilable to help me. I am not even sure if the item has arrived to it's destination. I was charged for the item, and it had not been shipped yet. Very upset at the quality of service I have received.

Lorrie is FABULOUS!!! The product I ordered was out of stock and no longer available from the maker. As this was to be a very special gift, I was disappointed. Lorrie took the strong initiative to readily go find the product from another resource. And she was successful !!!! I was/am Extremely appreciative of her customer committment. After two weeks, we called to find out status of order only to learn that the bassinet was not in stock and they wouldn't be able to get it for 6-8 weeks (maybe). We cancelled the order, they did that very politely. And they promptly credited our charge card. That would have encouraged us to reorder other stuff in future, but the failure to proactively notify us of the problem in the first place drives us to look elsewhere.

She described both items in detail to make sure I was makibg the best choice for my needs. All I can say is WOW! I felt like their best customer and it was my very first oder. I haven't experienced customer service that that in years.

I ordered the storkcraft aspen crib from this company August 22, 2004. It wasn't delivered to me until late October. It wasn't even manufactured till Sept 29. When I opened the box the crib was destroyed. The rails were broken off and multiple parts were so scratched and in bad shape they couldn't be used. 2 parts were in oak when the rest of the crib was in cherry. I have had to call for 7 replacement wood parts and my baby is due in Jan! This is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this product nor this store!

I never received any response from them. I had to email them -- then no response. So I called them and they still have no idea when I'll receive my Storkcraft Aspen Baby Crib Cherry... its "on a first come first serve basis" and the manufacturer hasn't let them know when it will even be shipped... then, I should receive it 2-3 weeks after the ship date. My order was placed 9-28-04 and the date given on the website was 10-12-04 and it was unclear as to whether or not I would receive it on that date or it would ship on that date. Then, they final told me after calling them that they didn't know when I would receive it... I am expecting it mid-Nov. Don't buy from this website if you are in a hurry. The customer service person as friendly despite not having any information.

I like the part of the product (dresser) I've received fine, but I still havn't received the baby bed or changing table. They didn't call me or email me to let me know it would take longer than expected. When I called them they said they ran out of oak so they're waiting for a new shipment. I'm glad I ordered the product a few months early instead of waiting until December because my baby is due the first of the year. Overall I've had better!
