All Kids Stuff (AKS) and Lorrie were GREAT! Initial contact done to ask about price match on the Storkcraft Aspen 3-piece set. She gladly honored the lower price & I immediately purchased. There was a ship delay but Lorrie notified me BEFORE the date to let me know. I followed up to get new status & was immediately told that order was ready to leave the warehouse. A day later I had tracking info on all 3 pieces! Their price was the most reasonable found with the price match. Most of all, with FREE shipping, you CANNOT beat it. My order was place on 7/26/06 & all pieces arrived on 8/29/06. So, it took 24 business days, but with the price & FREE shipping, a slight shipping delay can be dealt with! About the packages & contents-Considering the distance traveled, boxes were in great shape. Items are double boxed, have Styrofoam & foam sheet wrapping to protect contents. The crib only had slight damage, 2 scratches (fixed with a wood marker) & chipped corner (fixed with glue)-you can’t even tell. The combo dresser had one broken drawer piece. Contacted the 877 number which is posted on hardware box, told them what I needed & they notified me that a replacement piece will be sent out. The 5-drawer chest had no damage at all. You might say there was damage-but in fairness, keep in mind that these items each weigh over 100 pounds & the distance traveled, something is bound to happen. Storkcraft DOES take precautions to ensure the safest possible delivery with all the cushioning used. As far as assembly instructions-instructions were pretty darn easy to follow. The nursery looks great. The quality & the features of this set are great. We are definitely happy with this purchase. Again, thanks to AKS and Lorrie. I would buy from AKS again hands down!!!
