RIPPED OFF!!!

You think that this isn’t going to happen to you. Deal with All Kids Stuff and the slightest problem becomes an ordeal. There are obvious problems with their customer service and StorkCraft (Read the reviews).

Our order arrived demolished with pieces missing. We made our report. Lorrie promised to make it right. She didn’t. We waited. She avoided us. We waited. She wouldn’t return our calls. We waited. We persisted and eventually found out that our crib was on backorder and that the delay would be months. Ridiculous.

We canceled our order and thought that we were done with Lorie and All Kids Stuff.

No such luck. Lorie wants to collect shipping from us on an order that was never completed.

We don’t usually write negative reviews, but we have never encountered a seller like All Kids Stuff before.

Conclusion:
All Kids Stuff must be too small to absorb the shipping cost on a damaged order and they obviously have no clout with their supplier StorkCraft. They don’t care about their reputation or repeat business. Otherwise, they would collect from the Shipper and/or StorkCraft not the customer that is the innocent party in this transaction.
