What a very cool store! I had the pleasure of actually visiting this store in Torrance.

I was online looking for a vacuum cleaner and found these guys. At first I didn't realize that they were in my neighborhood until I started calling around to do some price shopping. I will tell you that every other shop was selling my machine for about $150 more than was advertised at All Makes an their web site! So, I called them up to see why the difference and they explained it all to me. When I realized that they were here in Torrance, I had to pay them a visit.

Not only were they totally legit, but the machine was brand new, in the box. They put it together for me and made sure that it worked and that I knew how to use it! Talk about personal service!

Despite what the other person said about their experience with this store, I decided to give them a try.

I placed my order this last Monday morning, and as I live half way across the country, I didn't expect to get my order for at least a week. To my surprise the order was on my doorstep 3 days later. Only then did I realize that I had ordered the wrong part for my vacuum cleaner. I called then up, and they sent out the correct part to me overnight at their expense! The old part was picked up the following morning by FedEx and all done with no hassle, no problems and no complaints all!

Horrible experience! I ordered 3-items and only one was received properly. They sent the wrong part on another which I had to ship back, and they shorted the quantity of the third part by 75%. To make matters worse, the shipment got lost in transit for 5-days, before it actually left California. I called, left messages and sent various e-mails requesting clairification and assistance that went unanswered. This is a very difficult company to work with and responds to customers in a very immature way. I recommend you move on to the next dealer and not waste your time here
