This product was shipped on time and delivery as expected - however the quality of the product was inferior. Chair is lopsided and pieces did not fit together correctly and was made in China. I will keep it only because I did not purchase the "return guarantee". Would not purchase products again from this vendor. Jeannie Clark

We ordered an outdoor playset from this website. That was over three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. The "Customer Service" folks were not helpful, did not know when I would be getting my order and were unsympathetic. I mentioned I was holding off on writing reviews like this and I instead opted to write an email to see if they would offer any kind of apology or future discount or SOMETHING/ANYTHING to redeem themselves. A very robotic response said something like "we're sorry you have had to wait so long. it was mistakenly shipped to Boston, MA (we live in New Mexico!) and should arrive later this week" and that was about it. We made our purchase after reading positive feedback on Dealtime.com - I am writing this to let people know that if they need their item soon and want good service then perhaps they should look elsewhere! Buyer Beware!

I ordered a popular toy box, the badger basket cherry barrel top box. Order was recieved in damaged condition. Product was packaged very poorly, not protected from damage at all. I decided to keep it anyway as it weighed 33 pounds and shipping back was quite expensive. After assembling toy box I realized how poor quality construction was. The lid does not shut evenly, so there is a 1 inch gap on the right side and it is sealed on the left. Also wood was obviously painted before initial assembly because there was a quarter inch gap of bare wood.

Overall I am very unhappy with product.

The company does offer a service for sending defective products back for an additional 13 dollars which I thought was not worth it at the time, but now I would recommend purchasing this "insurance".

Also I reviewed this product on the company website "allchildrensfurniture.com" with PICTURES of the defects and they did not publish it. Gee, I wonder why.

Email notification that ordered shipped, arrived after the order was received (more than 1 week after order placed). Website did not specify where their warehouse was located (across the country) and wrong assumption was made that it would ship local and be received prior to Christmas (delivery location only 50 miles from company). Within a few days the seam where two pieces of would were glued began to separate. Customer service was very accomodating.

My order did not ship in 24 hours like origianlly stated, but I did get an e-mail notifying me that when it was going to be shipped. It actually came before they said that it would.

The order was listed under one tracking number, therefore, impossible to check where the table and chairs were sent. I finally called the number listed and was told I would receive a reply in a few days. I did and was told the set would be sent in by 11/20. Will know then if all is well.

your co claims in stock items but clearly have no inventory ...simply calling manufacturer for their availablity Found out 2-3 day after order was placed that the doll crib was not available till after the25th. The high chairI ordered was supposed to be delayed so I cancelled it, ordered another from a co. that has a warehouse and your highchair came the next daay. when I cancelled they couldn't even tell me whether it had been shipped. What a farse! Take my E-mail off your contacts now!
