We were unable to track the products through the Freight company (we used your website). The delivery time did not give us enough time to clear out the room which had old furniture. (They called us the night before at 4:55pm to tell us they were delivering at 9am the next morning). We were disappointed that the delivery guys could not bring the furniture into the bedroom. I'm pregnant and my husband has a bad back, we can't move this furniture which still sits in the garage. We now need to pay a handy man to move the furniture.

there was some confusion as to where the merchandise was to be delivered. I received an email the next day and this was clarified. I received another email letting me know that the confusion had been cleared and the merchandise was on its way. We received the merchandise within 4to5 days as promised.

Your website is very well categorized and easy to move from one product to another. I found your prices to be considerably lower than many other merchants. The toybox purchased is PERFECT for my two year old. It holds a large amount of toys and is easy for her to lift the lid to get her toys out. What was even better was that it came already assembled. I only received the Kidkraft Baking Set, which was half of my order. I ordered the Kidkraft Baking Set and Coffee Set as Christmas gifts, and the Kidkraft Coffee Set never arrived. I only was made aware of it being out of stock and unavailable until mid-February after I called to inquire why it never came. I was then told that if the warehouse had already processed the order, then I wouldn't be able to receive a refund for it, and had to wait for a confirmation a day later to ensure that I would not be charged for the item I never received and canceled.
