In my first attempt to order a 24" round table I learned that it was no longer available. I was promptly informed by e-mail so that I could make another selection. Fortunately, the style of the table was not important, but rather the size. I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help me find an alternate selection. Also, I was impressed with the quality of the table. I was not expecting the table to be built as sturdy as it was for the price we paid.

I ordered the product a month ago and still am waiting for the shipment..............I feel that it has taken way too long for the shipment without any comunication as to where the counter stools are. I did phone and promised shipment on feb. 29........still waiting.......

The back was scratched badly on the first bar stool I ordered. I called (she was very helpful) and was sent another whole bar stool when I only needed the back. We liked the bar stool and ordered 2 more. Of those two one of those was scratched slightly but by this time I was tired of dealing with it so I've kept it. There is not enough packing material between the legs and the back of the bar stool. By the time it reached me, the legs had eaten through the cardboard and scratched the back. I couldn't believe all 4 backs were not badly scratched as this happened in all the boxes. I was told on my call that I'd be contacted about what to do with the extra barstool but I've not heard from anyone. They have a great website but I thought the shipping time is rather lengthy. Also, the tracking number I was sent in the email did not work on either email. I might make a purchase here again but I would also check other sites.

ORDERED 6 STOOLS @ $319.00 EACH. AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ORDER I SAW EXACT STOOLS ELSEWHERE ONLINE FOR $125 LESS EACH STOOL. I CALLED AND EXPLAINED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY PRICE MATCH BEFOER THE ORDER IS PLACED WHICH IS RIDICULOUS SINCE IF I FOUND THEM CHEAPER ELSEWHERE I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THEM WITH ALLBARSTOOLS.COM THREE OF THE SIX STOOLS WERE DAMAGED AND I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS MERCHANT TO ANYONE. I PAID OVER $700 MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE AND THEY GAVE THE LAME EXCUSE OF PRICE MATCHING PRIOR TO ORDERING AND MADE IT DIFFICULT AND COSTLY FOR ME TO RETURN THE STOOLS IF I WANTED TO GET THEM ELSEWHERE.

These bar stools were fabulous. The colors were even more vibrant than on the internet. They are very heavy duty, high grade material and the directions were to the point and very clear, plus all the pieces and screws were there. These bar stools happen to be so unique every one loves them and asks where I bought them at.

I have not much to say. All Barstools quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery and it has only been 3 weeks. So, every answer above should be N/A since I have yet to receive the items or deal with any descrepency!

Everything was great except tracking the order. When I tried to track it on-line, it always said "Order at Warehouse", even once it shipped and after I received it. I also was expecting an email notification once shipped and never received that.

When I received the stools, I had difficulty assembling them. I called the online merchant. Within a few hours a live person called back to explain and walk me through the process. I successfully completed the assembly and have been very satisfied. My only concern was that the bottom of the stools were scraping the floor. I purchased some protective guards and the stools are now very satisfying.

The only issue was getting more specifics on the chair. We had limited space and needed to know the exact size of the seat depth. As it turns out the 14" specified size of seat on the website was the smallest dimension of the seat depth. If customer service could have found this out before I ordered - that would have saved me time and money. BUT as I could get the return service for $8.00 I'm not out that much money! Good selection.
