RIDICULOUS this store is. They toss around "drop ship" as some words that we, the customer, should know and understand.

We order a product and on the website it says, "Expect delivery Thursday as in 6/26. We ordered it 6/23. Also we ordered it with the understanding that we could use DHL, not because it is cheaper but because UPS is a horrible delivery company and one of the worst I have ever used.

So we call to find out on 6/26 where the product is and why it has not been delivered. The response we got is that we should allow extra days for items shipped from the manufacturer. Well if I knew that I would have ordered it THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. All these people are doing is skipping a step. Oh boy..

So now today, 6/27 we were told we should expect the item by Thursday of NEXT WEEK. PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS.

WE WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. One item, a toy box for our daughter was the biggest hassle ever. I could have made the damn thing quicker than they deliver it.

Now we will hope we see it by Thursday, I doubt it and we are predicting July.
