One of the many places that I have found online to buy toys for the grandchildren is www.allaboardtoys.com. This place is just great! The ease of getting around is great and the products are great as well as the shipping time and shipping price for that matter.

What You Will Find

On the homepage you will find links across the top that will take you to your favorite brand of toys. Such as:

Thomas the Train
Sesame Street
Disney Princess
Clifford the Big Red Dog
Veggie Tails
Bob the Builder
Jay Jay the Jet Plane
Dora the Explorer
Winnie the Pooh

Each of these links will take you to a page or pages full of exciting toys to buy for your child or children.

When you get to any of the above pages you will be happy I think with what you find. For instance: with Thomas items I always find sale items listed in the middle of the page towards the top and pictures of categories in the center. But also, there are links on the left hand side of the page and you can use those as you search through the many available items. Each category is set up the same way. Very easy to get around!

You can also shop by category and these are also found on the homepage. Some categories are:

Complete train sets
Books, Video
Bedding
Clothing
Backpack and Cases
New Arrivals

Again, each of these links will take you all the available items for sale.

The pages load quickly and are always colorful. You can click on any item for more detail about that item. You can also sign up for their newsletter; birthday club, wish list and product give away contest. Of course I have not won anything but one never knows.

If the item is on sale the price will be listed in “Red”. This makes it a lot easier to see. You will also see in “Green” if the item is “in stock” and “red” if “out of stock”. These too make it easier for you while shopping. Most items at this store are already discounted and when you get them on sale you are getting a better deal!

You can add any item to your cart and check your cart at any time.

Other Things

You can also find Site Features, Customer Service, and Account Status at the very bottom of the home page. Across the top of any page you will find: View your Cart, Order Status, My Account, Help, and Site Map. I have used the Order Status many times and I have to say that I truly find it easy to use and always. You can also find these particular links on all pages; top and bottom.

I always get an email when I order and I get an email when the package is on its way. Of course my grandbabies are going to love their presents this year! I also have used the site to order things for nieces and nephews and have never had a problem with having anything delivered except for once and that was not www.allaboardtoys.com fault but the carriers fault. However, www.allaboardtoys.com worked with both the carrier and myself in getting the problem resolved.

I have also had to return a couple of things and had no problems. My credit card was refunded promptly. They do take all major credit cards by the way or you can pay via Pay Pal if you would like to do so. Very easy and very secure to do.

They also have a search engine that you can use and believe me I know that works and works well! I use it all the time!

Shipping

You get free shipping and handling for orders over 69.00. This is anytime! You can get US Priority Mail Delivery for 9.95 or Standard UPS or Fed Ex for 6.95. You can also find on the shipping page an estimate of when your order should arrive. This is handy.

How I Feel

I love www.allaboardtoys.com because they offer so many different toys. I can and do spend a lot of time there! There shipping is very reasonable and very fast! I can and do get around the site with no problems and the Customer Service is just great and friendly.

I also like all the choices and the prices of the items they have for sale. Overall the feel of the site is good as well. I can trust all my information and I sign in with no problems. I have been using these guys for a long time now and will continue to do so.

I must also say that I love having all the categories under each main category available to me. This makes getting around the site easy and quick! And I enjoy the clearance and shop by price links. Usually the clearance link is where I go first! A bargain is a bargain after all!
