Alibris is the worst scam book seller. I ordered a Book Exploring Power Point 2007 from a seller on alibris who was very misleading the seller name was Nettextstore
Lincoln, NE, UNITED STATES
A very bad seller who sent me a cd instead of the book so i returned the cd by post after filling up the refund return slip and sending the cd by post , but i got a mail from alibris that the refund had been denied, that means the seller also got back there cd and they also denied there cd , will never again do business with alibris its broad daylight robbery also alibris stores your credit card information.
They are very misleading they dont tell exactly wether the product is a cd rom or a book ,any question which is asked to the seller takes a long time to get an answer.
Is it not cheating on the part of alibris.com by accepting back the returned item and also denying the refund , i will never be doing any more business with alibris thats for sure there are other companys like abe books and biblio which give excellent service , i would discourage any one from doing business with alibris.com
