This was a response I got to my e-mail for a book allegedly shipped 180 miles not received 19 days. It is probably a part of fotoconnection in Brooklyn and they don't actually ship, just say they ship then charge you a restocking fee when they ship something else after you've cancelled your order.

I was an idiot not to check their reviews. That is all that was my fault, not the fact that they offered free shipping.

Thank you for contacting Alibris about the status of your order. Your order number 24411526 was shipped on April 28 via standard shipping, which is the shipping method you requested at the time you placed your order. It was shipped to the address you supplied when you placed your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking for packages shipped via standard shipping. Packages shipped via this method usually take 4-14 shipping days for delivery, though occasionally delays of up to 30 days can occur. Though these delays are rare, please write back if your package doesn't arrive within 30 days of the shipment date so I may investigate this matter further.
