i tried to purchase a baby swing and everyone i looked at was out of stock with no expected instock date available...i went on numerous other websites and found many baby swings available...i subsequently bought the swing and other things i needed there..albeebaby shouldn't list every item imaginable and then not stock ANY

We ordered the stroller and the first 2 came in dented and cracked in the metal frame. The company was great about sending call tags and resending us a third stroller, but it also came in dented just not cracked. We decided that since at least this time the dent is not affecting the structure of the stroller we would just keep it. We did save about $80 off the store price and get free shipping which was the main reason we decided to accept the last stroller rather than sending that back too. Not confident enough in the quality to order from Albee again though.

It has been nearly 4 weeks and I have not received anything yet. I called and they told me it takes 4 - 6 wks. There is no tracking information but they've already charged my credit card. I hope I get something soon.

The shipping department is amazing. I ordered from 3 merchants on the same day and I received the Albee baby order 3 days before one and a week before the other one. Since they were so great I ended up cancelling an order that was backordered with one of the others and ordering from Albee instead. I will start with Albee from now on and just order from them if they have what I need.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Albee Baby as I have in the past. This time I spoke with two customer service people trying to get answers to some product questions I had. The first person with whom I spoke was not particularly helpful, but the second person with whom I spoke was very helpful and got me the answers to my questions.

My experience was good, I just wish they had the model og car seat I wanted. I spoke to customer service and they said it would be 2-3- weeks before it would be in stock again. I was worried I'd miss the great price, so bought what was in stock. But all in all, everything was fine.
