My package was received open but no pieces were missing & it was also dirty & scraped. The vibrating feature on the infant swing did not work, in fact it did not hold the batteries correctly. I tried contacting customer service at Albeebaby.com over the phone for 4 dys & also left voice messages with no response. I am very dissappointed.

I had ordered the wrong item, and had not realized it until I received my conformation e-mail. I called and spoke to George in customer service, He found my wanted product, odered it, cancelled my wrong order and got me my product sooner then expected! We were able to find a product that was nearly obsolete but will save us from having to buy a new car (yes, it was going to be that serious if we couldn't find smaller width car seats with a third child on the way). The products were received in great condition and very quickly. We would have liked to have been able to get more information through the process. Our bank account didn't show a charge for a couple of days and we didn't receive any shipping information or estimated ship date/receiving date until the product was shipped and then our account was charged. After that, we could track through UPS so we were OK. Not knowing the merchant, I was concerned. All in all, we are pleased and would shop them again.
