I ordered the Baby Olivia set for my granddaughter's Christmas present. After many days of trying to track my order and seeing nothing beyond the November 30 order date, I called customer service. My call was not returned. I called again after the weekend and finally received a return call. At that time I was told there was no order because the item was no longer available. I was never informed the item was no longer available and my account was still minus the purchase price. It wasn't until I called on December 14 that I found out my order was never placed and not until I called and complained was the money credited back to my account. Not a good way to run a business or satisfy customers!

Purchased a Pink Sky Britax Frontier car seat from Albee Baby and we are very pleased.  I spoke with them before buying and the woman was very helpful, kind and gave me detailed information on the product and the store.  I ordered it and paid for it on a Friday and recieved it on that Thursday! Quick free shipping and I got a great deal on the car seat, they had the best price that day.

Three weeks after order, still no status update. Noone picks up the phone to answer my questions and I have absolutely no idea when I will be receiving my item. No clue on shipping timelines.

The only negative thing i would have to say about this business is that when you are looking for an item on line it is says out of stock. When you call the business directly they have the item in stock. I would suggest that they update there web site more often.

I found the Albee website to be very easy to use. Check out was easy. Tracking was great and my order was delivered on time in good shape. I purchased this stroller as a gift and can not comment on the product because it has not been put together yet since the baby shower is not until December.

The snack tray arrived after a few weeks. I was happy to have received it. However, I'm irritated that my credit card was charged for the other item which has not been received. Furthermore, on the invoice with the snack tray, it showed that the other item was not included in the fee or the box, but there was no status on the other item at all. I followed up in email and by phone and never heard back from anyone. I will try another time with AlbeeBaby and then take it up with my credit card to dispute. I do intend to give them another chance with one other item. We'll see how it goes.

Good selection and prices. My only complaint is that one box my carseats arrived in was severly damaged which makes me wonder about the trauma to the car seat it self in transport. I'm not sure how much was due to UPS vs. Albee Baby. Items arrived quickly.

The price on the stroller was excellent and was 10% off with a coupon code. However, it was dropped shipped from the manufacturer and I wasn't given a tracking because of this. I wouldn't have had a problem with us, but when I called Albee Baby and left a message with customer service my call wasn't returned. I had to call the Baby Jogger company to find out if it had shipped.

I ordered a Graco Comfortsport Convertible carseat for my daughter. The price was the most inexpensive I had found on the net, and ordering/recieving the item went flawlessly.  I ordered it on a Friday morning, and recieved the seat on a Monday, even though it was Columbus Day. The tracking provided was up to the minute, and I will definetly order from them again, and refer my friends to this site. :)
