The web sight was very easy to use and allowed me to view many options and select exactily what I wanted. Placing the order was so easy a cave man could do it. I was notified by e-mail when the order was shipped and given a UPS tracking number so i could follow the progress of the unit. I knew when it was going to be delivered so some one would be available to receive it.

I bought a "swamp cooler" from Air & Water, Inc. last summer. This summer I bought a different model (Fujitronic) and I love it. It has much better features, and it was less expensive. Order was easy to place. It was shipped quickly. Arrived timely. Machine works well and appears to be an excellent product compared to its competitor products. I ordered on 8/3,didn't rec'v. untill 8/17,they were delivered on my front sidewalk,had to hire someone to bring them 8 steps into my house,xtra $120. They still sit in a room off our kitchen in the boxes they came in!! I opened 1 box to set up,however the window vent panels,according to thier specifications will fit p to 81",but nothing about the minimum width & they are to large for our windows..they are made of 1/8" extruded plastic which makes it impossible to trim with a pair of "pruning shears" as thier cus.svc.rep.,"Andy",suggested.I can't use them, I've asked the company for help,to no avail,so I asked they send the shipper back so the items can be returned,still no avail!!

It was very clear, very simple. The delivery delay I had though was from Fedx-they put product on the wong delivery truck which delayed it a day or two. Product was in nice condition when delivered.

web site very well done. Good product information supplied on line which is vital to me if I am going to order on line. Had to email customer service with a question and was replyed to almost immediately. The shipment date would have been met, had UPS not routed the package incorrectly. Even with that minor glitch it was received only one day later than I was told. Someone at work asked about the product ,and I told him it was great, and I printed out the product info with your address site. so I may have sent business your way. And you deserve it. I don't say that about to many vendors these days. One of the biggest problems I encounter is poor or sub-par service too often! Thank-you for setting yourself above that

I was never informed of shipment. I was getting ready to call and ask when it would ship and it arrived.

The product arrived defective. I called customer service and after a long wait was connected with a representative. She said the item would have to be shipped back but did not know about shipping responsibility. She said someone would call me today to make arrangements. No one called. I tried calling myself but was on a continuous loop loop that did not net a live person after being on hold for two fifteen minute calls. I am not a satisfied customer.
