The lady could not ansewr my questions as the the type of refrigerant used or the capicaty of the water tank. This would have been an excellent rating to the top question if she could have answered these two questions.

The website and the box said this dehumidfer could hook in continuing system. It had the port but with what. There was no such connection for this model. This manufacter fooled us. We are disappointed this model.

Everything was O.K. except that I was supposed to receive a 5% discount on my on-line order by writing the word (COOL) on my order. However, I never did get the discount even though I wrote them about it.

The best website ever. Complete and left no questions to ask. Their online "thank you" had such a genuine ring to it. For once, I did not feel like I was being answered by a robot. Excellent website, excellent service and the product I ordered is awesome.

everything was fine until unit malfunctioned within one week Called Air-Water, I will have to pay shipping it back to them (some warranty)....It makes it difficult to purchase via internet due to above,ends up costing more than its worth, on a brand new unit.

Again I was very pleased with the item. The only suggestion I would make is have some sort of way to carry/move this..such as handle inserts on either side or perhaps a literal carry handle. This is a heavy item and the outside is very smooth making it difficult to pick up and move around in our camper.

The advertising of the product was misleading. It was described as a portable - from room to room - air conditioner. What was not mentioned was that a hose from it had to go outside. A fitting was provided that only worked with old fashioned push up windows - the alternative described was to put a hole in the wall to the outside! How can something like that be described as "portable"? It cost me $50.00 to have the AC transported back to the FedEx facility, $94.00 to have it repacked and shipped back and a 15% restocking fee, another $52.00. All because of the misleading advertising.

The portable evaporative cooler was shipped quickly and without incident. The merchandise itself was impressive but there were design flaws that caused the cooler to spew water out onto the floor on the lowest setting. It also condensed water vapor until it ran down the face of the cooler and dripped onto the carpet. Poor design that's all. If I were using this to cool an outside porch or patio I probably wouldn't have returned the cooler. I had to fill out a form online to get a RMA # for returning. They paid to shipped it back and when I called customer service to check on the return status they were friendly and very helpful. I would use Air and Water again when the need arises. It wasn't a good fit this time but they treated me well. I would recommend them to others.

Prices are good/competitive. The quality of the product I received is good. However, when I've had to pay for shipping, the rate was a bit steep. Overall, based on my purchase experience with this company, everything went smoothly.

This little swamp cooler has been a lifesaver in the 110 degree weather in Tucson. No, it does not cooler the entire room, but is an awesome personal cooler. I run this tough little machine 24 hours a day and it keeps on working. The cooling is excellent, the air cleaner is amazing and the unit is attractive and easily mobile. (Warning - the unit arrived with the cooling pad installed backwards. Once that was easily corrected, there were no problems.) The price is fair and included a 10% online discount. All of Air & Water's prices beat Home Depot / Lowes by at least $25-$50 and Air & Water has a FAR better selection of products. Shipping was so fast that the unit arrived before the online confirmation. I also sent a few e-mails to customer service and ALL of my needs were attended to immediately. I will definately return to purchase all of my future cooling units from Air and Water.
